Shipping Policy
Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. We uses a variety of courier services to ensure smooth delivery.
We have a tracked delivery option for most countries. If you have opted for tracked delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking details when your item is dispatched.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love our products as much as we do but if you are not satisfied with your purchase during the first 30 days of ownership, our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution.
Products must be unopened, unused and have packaging intact. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges if products are open.
The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear caused directly or indirectly as a result of improper or negligent use or failure to maintain.
